Introduction
The website www.profit-agro.com (hereinafter: the “Website”) is operated by Profit-Agro Ltd. (hereinafter: the “Company”).
The Company respects the privacy of the users of the Website (hereinafter: the “Users”) and undertakes to act in accordance
with applicable law, in particular the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and its regulations.
This policy is intended to regulate the manner in which Users’ personal data is processed, including its collection, use, retention,
transfer, and deletion, as well as to clarify the Users’ rights in relation to such data.
Collection and Use of Information
The Company may collect and process the following types of information:
(a) Identification and contact details provided by the User, including name, telephone number, and email address for the sole purpose of establishing contact;
(b) Technical information regarding use of the Website, including IP address, browser type, operating system, connection data, and end devices;

The processing of the data is carried out on the basis of one or more of the following:
